We don't use preservatives or any chemicals to prolong shelf life of our products. Please keep jerky in sealed package at room temp for 5 days. Once opened, product should either be consumed within 3-days or stored in the refrigerator to retard spoilage.
** For tri tip jerky, please keep them in the fridge until ready to consume. Just pop them in the microwave for 5-7 secs to refresh the product.
There is no refund or exchange on our jerky products due to safety issues. If there is problem with our products regarding to spoilage or shipment, please reach out to us at thebayjerky@thebayjerky.com
